My background
My love for diving and the ocean began Oct. 1983 in Anchorage, Alaska. I received my Open Water Certificate from NASDS and never looked back. I spent most of my adult life diving in the Puget Sound in Washington State which is where I received my PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors Certification in April of 1994. I eventually opened up a Dive Shop which provided me with the opportunity to share my love of diving and my experiences. As an instructor my goals were to teach the diving skills in such a way that it would help my students to build the confidence to dive safely and build their own experiences.
Currently I am a Scuba Schools International (SSI) Open Water Instructor and live in SW Florida ( since 2007) . I am excited to not only continue to teach diving, but provide opportunities that will create underwater experiences that will provide a lifetime of memories.
